These Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships, class bookings, and use of facilities and services provided by Legacy Fit LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By participating in any class, training, or event, you confirm that you are physically fit, in good health, and have consulted with a qualified medical professional prior to participation.

You must not attend classes if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that could be aggravated by physical activity.

Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or in rare cases, death. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Legacy Fit LLC, its employees, contractors, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of your participation.

You are solely responsible for your own safety, health, and wellbeing while using our services.

By signing up for a class, purchasing a membership, or attending any Legacy Fit LLC activity, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Legacy Fit LLC, its officers, employees, trainers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while participating in our services.

This waiver applies whether the injury is caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

All memberships, passes, and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You authorize Legacy Fit LLC to charge your payment method for recurring fees where applicable.

Legacy Fit LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violation of these Terms, misconduct, or unsafe behaviour.

We respect your privacy. Legacy Fit LLC collects and processes your personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and payment details) for the purpose of providing our services, processing payments, and communicating with you.

Data may be stored and processed in the United States. For users located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we comply with applicable GDPR requirements relating to lawful processing, data minimisation, storage, and rights of access, correction, and deletion.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

All website content, logos, trademarks, and materials are the property of Legacy Fit LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
